YIELD: 6 MEATBALL STROGANOFF
COOKING TEMP: 450F PORTION: 3 Balls in 1/4 cp Sauce
COOKING TIME: 30 MIN COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE DISH
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Beef ground lean : 1 lb 1. Combine beef, onion, crumbs, milk,
| Onions chopped : 1/4 cp eggs, salt and pepper.
| Bread crumbs : 1/4 cp 2. Form into 1 inch balls. Brown in
| Milk : 3 Tb 450F oven for 15 minutes or until
| Eggs : 1 browned.
| Salt : 1/2 ts 3. Drain and keep warm.
| Pepper black : dash 4. Melt margarine. Blend in flour to
| Margarine : 2 Tb make roux. Blend in yogurt,
| Flour : 2 Tb soysauce, paprika and garlic salt.
| Yogurt unflavored : 1 cp Heat through but do not boil.
| Soysauce : 1 1/4 ts 5. To serve, spoon sauce over meat
| Paprika : 1/2 ts balls and sprinkle with chopped
| Garlic salt : dash parsley.
| Parsley chopped : 1 Tb
